1. What makes Sparken candles unique?

Sparken Essences candles are thoughtfully crafted to transform everyday spaces into calming rituals. Each fragrance is carefully blended to evoke emotion — whether that’s deep relaxation, renewed energy or a sense of slow down.

We combine premium natural wax, refined fragrance compositions and elegant reusable packaging to create a candle that feels intentional, sophisticated and gift-worthy.

2. Are Sparken candles eco-friendly?

Yes. Sustainability is central to our values.

Our candles are made using:
• Natural plant-based wax
• Lead-free cotton wicks
• Carefully selected fragrance blends
• Recyclable and reusable packaging

We design with longevity and responsibility in mind, reducing unnecessary waste wherever possible.

3. How long do Sparken candles burn?

Each Sparken candle offers approximately 60 hours of burn time, depending on usage conditions.

To maximise performance, always trim the wick to around 5–6mm (¼ inch) before each burn.

4. What is the best way to care for my candle?

For the best experience and a clean, even burn:

• Trim the wick before each lighting
• Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunnelling, minimim 2hrs
• Avoid placing near drafts
• Never leave unattended
• Keep away from children and pets

Proper care will extend both burn time and fragrance performance.

6. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

7. Can I return or exchange my candle?

Yes. If you are not completely satisfied, unused candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link so you can monitor delivery in real time.

9. Are Sparken products safe for pets?

Our candles are made with carefully selected ingredients. However, as with all home fragrance products, we recommend:

• Keeping candles out of reach of pets
• Monitoring your pet’s sensitivity to scent

If your pet has specific sensitivities, consult your veterinarian before use.
